Kayla had a slumber party for her 12th Birthday. I can't believe that she is that old.
Some of her friends that were at the party. We had a silly string war, jumped on the trampoline, roasted hotdogs, made smores, and had a talent show.

It was an easy party! Everyone made their own food!
Her friends seem to enjoy doing this and it was alot cheaper than pizza!
Kayla's polka dot cake! She was very particular about the deatils!!
Opening presents and her friends were so nice to her! Mostly she got gift cards which at this age is usually a smart move!

FUN! She is one lucky girl. I am glad Kayla was able to have such a fun birthday party! Lori, you rocked the cake! It is just like the one Kayla drew up - way to go!

Lori and Jason- i am doing a project for our family reunion next year in 2011! and i am talking and writing everyone now to see if they could put on a CD or email or send me pictures of their children and families so everyone as much as possible can be included in this project i am doing. So if you could email or send me pictures that would be great. Or would it be easier with your permission of course for me to just save and download pics off your blog?
Cute party!! She was particular about her cake huh? That is funny! Did you make it Lori? You guys are getting so much use out of the back yard fire place set ... I think it's a great idea. Family around a camp fire ... you really don't need much more than that.
