The kids had a couple days off of school in October so we decided to take them to the Pine Mountain Animal Safari. Jason took the day off work so he could join us. Don't you like our new ride?!
You rent these lovely vans and drive through the park and they have all sorts of animals that can and do come up to your car for food. They will take the food right out of your hand.
Keaton and Kaden loved to feed the deer. Those were their favorites and they were the calmest!
We saw cool zebras, giraffes, bulls, oxen, elk, buffalo, hogs, camels.
This guys tongue grossed me out. It reminded me of Jaba the hut's tongue off of star wars. I threw him his food!!
We all had a lot of fun and we liked it better than going to the zoo.
This is the ostrich that almost took some of Kayla's fingers off. We stayed away from them after that.
They also had a walk thru area where there were bears, monkeys, lions, tigers, and of course my favorite snakes to look at in their cages.
